PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PREVIOUS ONLINE PRESCRIPTION ORDERING SERVICE CEASED 2 JULY 2018.

Our systems enable you to order repeat prescriptions by the following methods:

1. Online via Patient Access. Click on the logo above to access the Patient Access website. Please note that you need to register for this service. You can download the Practice Guidance and Registration Forms from the 'Our Documents' section. Only one email account per patient can be registered.

2. Handing in or posting to us your prescription list printed on your prescription, ticked to show the items you require.

3. Telephoning the practice with your requirement when we are open. Help us by reading from the existing printed list on the right hand side of your prescription

WHICHEVER WAY YOU CHOOSE, CAREFUL PREPARATION IS THE KEY - ESPECIALLY FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS - THANK YOU.

PLAN AHEAD!

The practice and health centre will be closed on:

For Pharmacy opening times during the public holidays please see Our Documents Section

It is vital that you plan ahead for your prescribing needs, remembering about public holidays, which will mean up to a four-day break in the surgery service, training afternoons and remembering your own absences from the area, which may affect the supply of your medications.

How long will my prescriptions take to be ready?

We aim to provide a completed repeat prescription ready for issue from the practice 2 working days of your request, i.e. NOT counting weekends and public holidays, and this standard of supply is monitored by reception. Please let us know if we do not appear to meet this standard without giving you a reason.

You may collect your prescription at the Health Centre, it can be made available at a chemist with whom you have made an arrangement, or it can be posted to you on supply of an SAE with your request. If you have chosen for a pharmacy to uplift it please check with them regarding their timescales. If you are requesting your prescription early or have not ordered an item recently please provide a reason or your request will be declined.
