You can order repeat prescriptions by the following methods:
- Online via Patient Access. Click on the logo below to access the Patient Access website. Please note that you need to register for this service. You can download the Practice Guidance and Registration Forms from the ‘ Documents’ section. Only one email account per patient can be registered.
- Posting to us your prescription list printed on your prescription, ticked to show the items you require.
· Telephoning the practice on our new direct dial automated prescription line – 01294 441622. Line open 11.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (please do not leave general messages or requests on this line as it is not monitored – it is for prescription requests only).
- Right hand side of prescription re-order form (collection box located in the Health Centre but please note we only accept pre-printed prescription re-order forms – scraps of paper will be refused).
You will NOT be able to collect prescriptions from the practice so please specify which pharmacy you would like to collect them from.

It is vital that you plan ahead for your prescribing needs, remembering about public holidays, which will mean up to a four-day break in the surgery service, training afternoons and remembering your own absences from the area, which may affect the supply of your medications.
How long Will my Prescriptions Take to be Ready?
Your prescription will normally be processed by us within 3 working days (NOT counting weekends and public holidays) but it can take up to 7 days from ordering your items for them to be ready for collection at your pharmacy. Please remember to specify your chosen pharmacy and check with them regarding their timescales for collection. If you are requesting your prescription early or have not ordered an item recently please provide a reason or your request will be declined.
